They do look alright and all that, but really those who purchased, could you not have taken ten mins out your day to attempt this?? I don't quite follow. I bought one of these. I like the canvas and I wanted to support AP's effort for the charity. What are you suggesting that I should have done? Ignore AP's effort and make my own version, copying AP's creativity? I honestly don't think that that would have been the right thing to do, I'm afraid. Very good point, I have no idea what I was suggesting, had a little tipple and wad just feeling a bit disheartened with the scene, I get like that at times

I became instantly hooked on serial, i agree i will follow undisclosed but it certainly comes across that its suggesting Adnan is innocent, which he maybe. Whats your thoughts on it all? The Lawyer investigating is a family member i think.
If you like serial and enjoy true crime Sword and scale is fantastic.
Also check out the film , doco , The Staircase if you not seen it .

This looks like an absolute stormer of a new piece (from his IG) "New painting - 'How On Earth Did We Get Here'." Lovely looking work as always, he has captured the movement between figures very well.

I noticed that the other day. It felt like there weren't many "for sale" threads, and that led me to wondering if that was contributing to the more friendly atmosphere on here? Most arguments were definately over sales of new releases, id have thought no sales threads of new releases for 3 months a must, 6 months would be better unless its a good excuse like money for a boob job or somethin. Or just buy something else, there shitloads of good art out there Personal I just struggle to sell.anything I have a number of prints in folder as many framed as possible though, I'm a collector my.collection may not be worth lots though so perhaps that deters my.flipping, I have sold a couple.of prints because the value increased vastly and I neefed as we moved home other than that,

They didn't really do it for me this time so I didn't go for the new release screen prints the glow in the dark bit is cool though. I liked the rogue trooper but me and my wife could not agree (she didn't like it so was not allowed it). However we did grab a Courty 'colourful language' screen print instead to fulfill my want of glow in the dark. Isn't that another of Wishbone publishing's artists? I thought he worked with neon's and glass, how does his work translate to print? Did it come framed too? General question to all .......... Is Wishbone originally a framing shop? I can't for the life of me work out why on earth they would insist everything is framed, surely it's a logistical nightmare and a pain for delivery as well as a double pain for the buyer as they generally have to re-frame it. (The frames they use look really low quality). They are all fake so framing hides this Jokes,

Sounds the case and I assume this is because of the potential flip profit, does make me.wonder how much of the market is based on people buying on the basis of flipping, creating initial hype interest for said print,. if we just purchased what we like and want then sure the market would be more realistic. of course I understand this will never happen I just can't understand why people spend so much money on art they think is rubbish, when for not much more money you can buy original pieces by fantastic artists which will give you a world of pleasure, and will also likely appreciate more in value. £350 is not an insignificant amount! Most people have to work a week to get that cash! I've never spent much on anything in my collection - my first Judith Supine piece was £475 (framed); my huge Dran canvas was £700; a nice Skewville original for £250; a DAIN original for £350; a 1m ROID canvas for £250; A framed Lola Dupre original for £200, Elbow Toe's first collage for £800 ... I could go on. And I could name 10 artists now where you can get fantastic original pieces for £500 - £1500 where I could be 90% sure the work will go up significantly in the next couple of years. My point isn't to brag, but to say why would you choose to spend £350 on something crap in an edition of 300!! (three hundred!!) where 250 of them are going to be sitting in folders. Of late I'm really struggling to understand 'Urban Art' collectors!! Sounds like you have made some fantastic purchases over the years, I assume based on prices you were on them early doors. U totally agree I.never buy to flip actually I once purchased dolk winner and basic flipped it z at the.time for hardly any more and it was just a pointless excerise and pain. Never again if you woukd pike to pm some info on artist I can get og from for the 500 mark be interested to see, I only own prints.
