Why don't you ask someone like Freight logistics to take over all the shipping. Put charges up for each piece etc. then they can manage the lot including invoicing etc for shipping payable by the buyer Might be easier than the artists getting lumbered with it I think we're all set... most auctions will have a listed freight, though a few will state that the buyer needs to work out shipping after. our only other option (this is according to eBay's charity team) would be to on;y donate, say 90% of the auction to the charity and hold back the remaining 10 to cover freight. I'm hoping we don't have to do this for any but if we do, any money leftover after shipping will go back to the charity

If you do not donate 100% of the Auctions(not including shipping/freight) ebay WILL take fees. What actually happens is you get charged the fees as normal when listing for charity and ebay will give you back a pro-rated fee credit based on your donation from the listing.

up a bit early, but the raffles are now live You can see the links under the corresponding image on the donation thread: notbanksyforum.com/thread/1406/syria-fundraiser-donations-threadraffles are for the Invader IK, John Dolan drawing, and Thierry Noir and Pablo Delgado prints. good luck, and please remember that even though it's all in good fun, there's an important cause at hand, and your donations are very much appreciated raffles will end after the auctions end. cheers

Good work B. Can I suggest a separate thread showing the links to the raffles, as they are a little lost in that big thread. Also I was hoping the Borf would be a raffle, as I'll never be able to afford to buy it

I too would have guessed the Borf would have been a raffle.

I too would have guessed that would have been a raffle. Howard Griffin Gallery, who donated the Dolan, Noir, and Delgado pieces, asked that their pieces be raffled, not auctioned. The IK was picked because a lot of people seemed excited by it

Cheers it's written on the raffle page, but I'll put it here too in case people have more questions: "Here's how it works... We're doing a raffle type system. Each entry (raffle ticket) is £10. Maximum of 5 tickets per person. After all of the auctions close, we'll pull a winner.
To enter, after you've made your donation, please forward your confirmation email to NBFraffle@gmail.com to ensure we're able to track it."
this is per raffle - you can get up to 5 tickets for each

When donating in the raffles, should we donate £10 five times for 5 tickets or one donation of £50 for five tickets?
