Happy to say Daredevil has lived up to the hype, I can thoroughly recommend it.

... Vincent D'Onofrio performance as the Kingpin is fab! I am a HUGE fan of D'Onofrio... His performance in Full Metal Jacket is unforgettable... Having said that, I think his exaggerated voice in this series makes me feel like he's overacting. I guess I watched too many Criminal Intent episodes. But, I have enjoyed this darker version of the blind attorney meets kung fu. Worth watching. Cheerio. |

Just watched the movie 'What we do in the shadows'. Very funny and highly recommend to anyone who enjoyed flight of the conchords.

So I am 10 episodes into Daredevil. I have one problem with it Wilson Fisk. I am just not liking the acting. I won't go more into it, as I don't want to spoil it. Apart from that, very good. But Fisk is a big part.

Louie season 5 has started. I love the first 4 seasons. So I am hoping this will be a highlight of the year. It is as well written as any comedy and is worth watching from the start of the first series if you haven't seen it. Louie is great as himself.

Great documentary here about picasso.. I went to his big show last year and I knew a little about him. This doco gives a great insight into his life also and he died in bed sketching, I did t know that..

Those POS "lifestyle" programs make me my blood boil* Ax Men or Bering Sea Gold, Wicked Tuna are all fair game though *Kidding post away Recently watched Citizen Four and have got caught up in that genre right now.Watched this last night which could've been better without the MBW style edit… Viva La Whistleblowers! |
