Do you remember the movie they made? I remember seeing it around 1990 at a pals house, in Bradford. There's a lot more to that story, actually, but most of them are locked up or dead. They never tell you that in adult education. 'You're gonna grow hairs on your balls. Oh, and fucking awful shit will befall you and/or people you know'. He admitted he was tripping out of his head at the time and it freaked him out. It was also news to him that I'd taken him there and back! |

fwiw my criticism is more a reflection of me. I have man flue, so am bed bound for at least 2 months. I do not have any scotch, so cannot drink hot toddy. Butthole Surfers gigs always delivered  Could play merry hell with the senses – they had a strobe on for the entire duration of one concert I went to. Somewhat disorientating, especially when combined with the obligatory 'added extras' – feels like your brother in law went well prepared!
