All them banksys that you keep on posting up pics of- you know the ones where you accidently reveal you have a 3000 ft2 loft apartment in the meatpacking district. You know, all that uncomfortable Eames hardware you have lavished some much of your ill gotten gains on. Them Jeff Koons sculptures you always include on the edges of the pics of your radar rat? yes them. They will be utterly fucking worthless in a week or two and You will be scrabbling amongst the irradiated rubble for tinned goods in a fortnight.

Haha there is no great situation. World war 3 will be awhile coming yet.Does show how stupid the Turkish are though and they do need sorting out its a very borderline situation if even in their airspace. Useless idiots. Bit of rhetoric but bugger all will really happen. Russia will milk it maybe target something and NATO apologiesand placates slowly while supporting their air defense. It's an error they happen especially in conflicts. But they will be on the real game shortly. It will actually be used by both sides to bring Russia into the same game
Good to see so much concern over a relatively minor incident though as opposed to the daily ISIS killing.
Good priorities people!!

But I actually wish you would shut up on this topic for a while... You see, I lost 3 friends a few days ago. Childhood friends with whom I would skateboard on the way to school and hang out with when we were stupid kids thinking we would live forever. As you grow older you get used to random shit happening around you, people dying in their cars, cancer claiming lives of kids etc...but this wasn't random, it is just inexplicable and utterly meaningless to anyone with half a brain. I will never be able to make sense of this... So I have a lot of questions. I think about the irresponsible self-centered politics of western countries, the complacent role of the media, my own responsibility as someone who wants change as long at it does not change my own comfort too much.. I think about the Middle East, the impact of regional politics and foreign politics, religious currents and undercurrents, and the fundamentally alien nature of all of this hatred for a guy like me. I also question the role of all religions in never standing up against the extremists and guilty within there ranks, while preaching to the crowd every day about how to live their life. And so far I have come to a conclusion that is : it is very complicated, and what we should fear most is that those who speak and act in haste mostly pursue other motives, and have no interest in this not happening again to my friends or yours. So when I hear people who have it all figured out from behind their screen, who tell me "it's simple really, trust me, just do this and just do that", it makes me quite sad to see that yet again devastating loss and dire actions can not shake our certainties and encourage us to rethink deeply. So maybe for a while let's keep our certainties to ourselves, shut our mouths and open our minds |

However what amazes me with this place is when a policeman shoots a blackman in America there are pages and pages of outrage. Which I support.
However when gay men are thrown off buildings, women raped in Syria, people burned alive etc etc by ISIS not a mention..
it's very easy to blame everything on the Americans & Blair. They did play a role.
Or is it the fault of the Arab Spring. Are they also responsible for the Arab Spring.
I believe action should and must be taken against them as it ain't gonna stop.
It's been implied that my anti ISIS is anti Muslim by the likes of idiot Thatcher. But actually ISIS are anti most Muslims and their concept is Wahhabism suggest people read up on it I learned about it from the Mutaween.!If you don't know Saudi and their history you will not really understand or know this but that is the basis of ISIS. It ain't new. It goes way way way back well over a 100 years.
Have a read there will be no negotiations. Human rights are the bottom of the bucket and do not exist.
It's almost funny the people on here and in the leftist groups shout about all the infringements of human rights in just about every thing go on there marches etc including and right the way upto the gentrification of east London and yet do nothing protest nothing. Never see a banner or a negative word about the biggest infringers of human rights ever to have existed.
And I repeat being anti ISIS is not anti Muslim just as disagreeing with the IRA or the UDA was not and is not anti Catholic or anti Christian.
So sorry if I do not follow the easy route but my comments are what I think.
PS. If you go back to the start of the Paris bombing threads and read it. You will find I only entered into the action debate after Poldark made shitty statements to Jeezusjonessnr. I just supported his comments then of course all the usual dregs such as foolThatcher jumped in.
