looks so awesome. The LED is a natural and excellent medium for space invaders. I wonder if he's applied the sound effects to go with them - I hope so.

Wow – that looks like a great show! Really like the repetition/singular colourway in the perspex framed pieces (in the last image). Great stuff – thanks for posting shootagain.

am I the only one who wishes Invader would start using a new medium? I'd love to see what he could do with something besides tiles and rubix cubes. the best artists evolve over time

However, I think Invader is successful enough to keep flogging the dead horse. It still delights me when I see one of his bits unexpectedly in the street. I live in Newcastle and there are a few around here, but I remember going into Chateau Marmont once, and being ridiculously excited at seeing one stuck to the curb outside. That said, the ones he's done at the European Space Agency are inspired and totally suit the environment... yeah, don't get me wrong. I love his street pieces and especially the conceptual nature of the invasion project. but how many different pixelated cartoon characters is he going to do? the Rubix Cubes was a logical progression from the tiles. when's the next progression going to happen?

He's already dabbling with LEDs and 3D printing. Maybe the next kit will just be a download for your Makerbot.

The prints are priced at $6800 (scooter, edition of 88) and $8800 (Bruce Lee and explosion, each an edition of 50). Hong Kong Dollars So I make that £580 and £750

It's cool looking and all that, but just imagine a new artist releasing this, yes I know I know he been round for time but just can't help but think he could / should produce better. Yes better is down to opinion and all that I know.

Two ten pence pieces to play Remember double dragon and this also reminds me of nes game kung fu The crouching tile piece with the black short sleeves is definitely Thomas from the NES game Kung-Fu (the first NES game I ever played). The print looks similar, but with different colors.
