Most precision engineers will have CNC kit so just checking you're not limiting your search

Get in touch with Nick from Urban Hangings. He may be able to help with this.

Comforming Non Conformist My Instagram has loads of CNC precision engineered CNC works, does help I am self taught (95%) and have my own machine. A few more examples art.ryca.net/gallery/lyricalInstagram: art.ryca.net/instagramAlso if you need advice on scratch card printing I did some about 4 years ago, quite tricky but it's possible

It's not called "v" carving.
Try ;
Conical cutting , veining , incised lettering, inverted text , inverted chiseling or v grooving.
Also depends on your angle of conical cutter X depth of material not being greater than the pinnacle at the widest point.
Angles from 7° to 45° are optimum
