I'm suprised I didn't find a thread on this wonderful duo of artists from Germany. Herakut's works of art create a very special, often poignant but as well encouraging atmosphere, they have a meaning and their execution is superb. So this thread is dedicated to everything related to Hera and/or Akut.

My son and I chatted to Hera at Upfest. She was charming. Two of the very best, I reckon.

Wow just love those pieces. Was with Coach, his lad, Delloy and AP at Upfest took home a really simple piece by them on card which I love but it's nothing like the work being posted here they really are superb just love what they do and how they do it. Vagrants to all who posted their pieces. danmuppet they are spanking really stunning works. someonesbrain hope that piece is yours as it really is special

Unfortunately not. We only have a nice print: "(There is just one way to make them see) Show Them" from the Gallery Onethirty3 show some years back. It is a rather unusual print for them as it has very little colour. It is hand-finished though.

It is a rather unusual print for them as it has very little colour. It is hand-finished though. Quoting myself to give some more information (didn't work from my mobile yesterday) : I really love this print. There are two colour versions. The background writing is hand-sprayed. There's a lot of other hand-finishing too. We talked to Akut during Wallcome Festival (Schmalkalden, Germany) last autumn and he told us these prints are the only Herakut prints he got framed. He's a really nice, friendly, approachable guy. My son got his book signed by Akut. We met several times during the street art tour that day which ended right in front of the (then new) Herakut mural. One day we'll have a big commissioned piece by Herakut, that's the goal. We got a red version of the print (all pics taken from the gallery website): Different hand-finishing: ... and the blue version: BTW, prints seem to be still available from source here, even though you might not have a big choice with regard to the hand-finishing. onethirty3.com/index.php/shop/

Imo ( have not looked into prices for a while ) , to buy a nice big herakut canvas is not super expensive. Cheaper than a banksy print by miles

Amazing. I feel herakut are underrated in a big way and one day people will regret not buying a piece.
