Of course not. But I guess they will hand out coa's to second hand buyers as well if the lottery winner assists applying for it. You maybe just have to wait for it a "little bit longer" Pure speculation of course...

I dont think a COA is hugely important at the min - its not like it an option you can make a decision on- it will affect pricing obviously.5 days to go and $13K. Its nuts but if this is to be his last public print, then this could GO TO THE MOON.
I am very much meh with mine and thats a sad sitution- i always buy what I like and am struggling to find anything about this that is endearing. As I ahve said, i have bitten on this and its very much a head decison not a heart one. Having it lying around the house fills me with dread and worry based soley on its value. I have some other banksys that i got back in the day and at cost, so its a dufferent ball game being unrealised "profit" and shit. there is a bethlehem trolleys over the bed that has been there since the bethlehem ghetto and I am cool with that and its worth.
fucking urban art.

I like most would really loved one of these, well done for getting one, in the lottery or secondary? I really love how this was released at the same sort of price point as the last couple of public releases the difference between now and then is the jump in price from release to secondary value, CYW for example send from £450 to about £3k overnight whereas this is probably more like ? I have no clue but significantly more than the old days. I too feel uncomfortable with what has happened to the prices and completely understand if some winners sell their print as it could make a huge difference to somebody's life, deposit on a house etc etc.

Lack of coa won't be a problem, CYW didn't come with one but was available if you applied. Winners email, packing , payment evidence to POW would be all you'd probably need.
