Out of curiosity I ask Laz how much they were asking for the framed one they have in their Banksy Print Gallery - this is what they said: The Soup Can poster was created by the artist from an unsigned and unnumbered edition set in 2010. It is an great option to owning a genuine work by Banksy but for a fraction of the cost of a limited edition print. This print is in excellent condition and has been framed to conservation standard. We are pleased to offer this poster for £2,500 GBP.

I love soup, particularly this time of year. I have fond memories of my father cooking for us when my mother was out of town or sick, and his repetoire consisted of only two meals: hot dogs and baked beans and vegetable soup. Most of the ingredients for the soup came out of our garden, and ever the American who grew up on a farm during the Great Depression, my father would make enough at one go to last through the whole winter. The pot he used was enormous, and nothing was rushed. That soup was made over two or three days, and would simmer the whole time. Half of our deep freeze would be containers of vegetable soup. And mind you, other than salt and pepper, there were no spices or fancy flavors added, and it was so thick and chunky you could eat most of it with a fork. None of the puréed new fangled crap that you can drink out of a bottle.
Everyone seems to be obsessed with soup these days, and just thought I would share what soup means to me.

I made a broccoli and stilton soup yesterday.
Load of onions Half as many leeks Some celery Sauté for a bit Add good amount, but not too many of spuds. Add good amount broccoli stems. Add stock. Chicken or bouillon. 10/15 mins Add broccoli heads 5 mins Season Add Stilton.
You're welcome...

Maybe this forum needs a soup thread? But not Miso – that doesn't count.

not quite sure what that means hahaha probably not Well, you posted about being in bed with the flu about 4 weeks ago. I thought that meant you were sick? I'm not a native speaker though. I just wanted to make sure you're not giving away a print while suffering from febrile delirium. ahhh gotcha.... no more flu thankfully but like everyone, have some bad shit happening in my life... thanks for checking on me
