@jeezuzjonessnrthat's right the gap Is closing.but it's the mid range not the top
However do think this is all abut of a press thing as good to write about. West Ham,!Leicester have spent a bit and got good sides butthedepth to their Squad in comparison to the big 4 is where the weakness is over the season. Likewise the big 4 may sell a player or two in Jan but the difference being that West Ham , Leicester may LOSE a player or two.as say for me the change in spending will not really change the top 4 but the 5-7 is going to be the real battle ground. The closure will be on sides like L'poola etc it's going to be a lot harder there in some ways it makes the top 4 more Seperate as you now have 6 of that top 10 really fighting it out. The big sides had a bad start they will recover and are now doing so but L'pool, Spurs etc did not take advantage Leicester & West Ham did so for me the game and struggle is 5,6,7 Must say though I do like both Bilic & Raneri so hope they have brill season

Just noticed this thread and had to join in.
My team is currently one of the top teams in Europe for the season to date!!
The mighty Aberdeen FC.....played 8.....won 8....goals for 15.....goals against 3. Top of the Scottish Premiership and five points ahead of Celtic who we beat 2-1 last week.
Not sure how long it'll last but I'm enjoying it while I can....

3rd. Fucking 3rd What's going on?! Great stuff from Palace. Things went pretty well for Saints too yesterday and made England's rugby capitulation pretty irrelevant, as you don't knock three past the Champions on their patch very often.

Spurs, champions league? Don't be silly. Spurs are only slightly ahead of a group of clubs including Swansea, Saints, Everton and all of those clubs are miles off CL. I'm hugely looking forward to Pochetino being sacked around December/January. Wouldn't surprise me if Brendan Rogers got the elbow before Pochettino... Looks like I was right about Rogers! Great result at the Emirates today as well

Brenda will probably end up with another prem club quite quickly as I think there will be a few more sackings before Xmas. Relieved to get a point against Spurs they had way more attacks than us and we could have snatched at the death, brilliant save from Spurs keeper. Good win for arsenal bring utd back down to earth

Good win for arsenal bring utd back down to earth Bit disappointed we didn't snatch the win at the Liberty, thought Spurs were excellent in the 2nd half but the weakest link once again was Andros Townsend. Selfish, gives the ball away to easily and never makes the right choice in terms of whether to shoot or pass to a player in a better position. Still that be said a point away is a point away and at least Harry has found his scoring boots again!

Any Leicester fans, great that they are top, playing well and Vardy is on fire. My Swansea are in freefall (although still above Chelsea's) one win since August not good, fuck knows what's happened as we haven't had injuries etc.. Something wrong behind the scenes. Good win for Liverpool also..

Good win for Liverpool also.. Never mind all that Coventry were second yesterday now we are 3 points clear at the top after doing Gillingham 4-1 Mega result for us just hope we can keep it going and get back to the Champioship Mega for Luecester. Never thought and said earlier on here about the teams doing well being in top 4 that it would Not last.... How wrong I was an amazing season for them Raneri what a job he has done Vardy mega goals and lots of them. Did not see the Games yesterday as it was the Asian Champions League final in Guangzhou the local team Evergrande won so a very good night

A reporter asks Denis Law if he thought the United team he played in could beat the current United team? yes i think so replied Denis. The reporter asked what score do you think it would be? 1-0 replied Denis, is that all the reporter replied? Denis replies well we are now all over 70yrs of age.

Can Leicester win the league guys? be great if they did.. Swans finally won again but its going to be tight, need to loan some quality players and hopefully win and finish above Chelsea Great season as we said all clubs invested better (due to next seasons tv money) so the games are closer.. I am hoping Villa,Sunderland and Norwich go down and Leicester win the league. This week will be manic with transfers also..

Good to see Swansea winning, it was much needed. Surprised they're not up there chasing Europe. Arguably it's more open then ever and feasibly possible for almost any team finish top 8 this year. With you on Sunderland and Villa to go down. Wouldn't mind Newcastle getting relegated again too. As for Saints, anywhere in the top 10 will probably do.
