proboards changed a few things around last week and we had to work with all three different companies to get the site back up, proboards, cloudflare and our domain name host, it was a total ball ache to deal with as all three have no phone number to call, you have to just send a message via a ticketing system with up to 24 hour response
Any phone number they do have for support, directs you to use their online support page
anyway let us know if its still not working properly as none of us are super techie,
