Candice Tripp has a one-night only show entitled ' Credulous Morons' at Baltic 39 where she has her studio. The exhibition will run from 7pm to 11pm on 16 May and will feature paintings, sculpture and prints what she produces between shows and which often don't see the light of day:  |

There is a preview of the works from the show available by emailing miss.tripp@candicetripp.com It's a nice mix of paintings, prints and sculpture including some tiny resin pieces for just £100.

I didn't take many pics though I'm afraid. There are a couple of close ups on my Instagram which is the same as my user name here. There were lots of people with cameras though so I'll see if candice has some. Some lovely work. In fact some of the best I've seen from miss Tripp. The almost total lack of colour within the show worked very well inside the space she used. The Sally dolls in cages looked ace as an installation and was made to look denser than it actually was by simple but very effective lighting. Whoever bought work from the show will be very pleased I'm sure. The small masks looked brilliant. I think they were only 100, and framed really well.. An amazing amount of effort went into this show for a single night. |

Sadly I couldn't make the show, but the framed little black rabbit skull is heading my way ... chuffed to bits with it and Candice couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Looked an ace show and a huge amount of effort for a single night - hats off to Miss Tripp.
