I think it is a bad time for any expensive release right now.
Lots of people have other problems at the moment and it probably won't change soon.
Of course a release of an art print is mostly long in the making and you probably don't want to wait when it is finally ready, but I think no expensive artist should be surprised if they don't sell out at the moment. On the other side, what do I know about the harrington market. Never followed him that much. So maybe you are right as well.
