On the back of the donkey dick/one flew over the cuckoo's nest discussion (yes it exists on here somewhere), thought it'd be good to start this thread

Couldn't add my favourite clip from 'The Intouchables' due to shit youtube reasons. Let's hope this works. Philippe has a new carer, Driss, who is about to shake up Philippe's care. Based on a true story. Watch it if you haven't seen it:

Without a doubt Spike Lee's best work to date
As a white male from a very multi-cultured background this film smacked me in the face unlike any racism I had witnessed in the real world
25 years after first watching this clip I probably find it more unsettling than ever
Whole movie for those inclined

A seminal film in my teenage years. Edit - the ice cube scene was pretty good too

You made me reach for google as I didn't recall Ice Cube being in the movie. Then the penny dropped…

Not a film clip... but they say Heath drew inspiration for the Joker roll from Tom Waits... after watching this I believe it to be true. Either way, dude's cool as fuck.

Love any movie by Wong Kar Wai here's a trailer for Fallen Angels followed by the whole movie with french subtitles. In the Mood for Love is visually stunning, the whole movie is here with English titles. ChungKing Express is also Ace.

One of my favourite films. Back in the cinema soon too. Hadn't heard about that, just googled it, be great to see it on the big screen. When I was a kid, me & my sister used to dare eachother to lie on the top of the toy A-Team van we had and wheel ourselves close to the telly when Quint was being eaten at the end. Pretty fucking scary I can tell you - had my eyes closed most times - don't tell my sister.

Pretty fucking scary I can tell you - had my eyes closed most times - don't tell my sister. The first time I watched it, I had to tuck my legs up into my chair, in case a shark grabbed me. Then I refused to put my feet on the floor, so clambered over all the furniture to get to bed.
