Usually with lighter prints you can get away with using reflective acrylic or glass, but when they are very dark, you almost need to pony up the dough and spring for Museum glass or Optium Museum acrylic.

For me I would rather have the image and put it in a cheap frame if it came down to it. After all the picture is what brings you the pleasure. Don't get me wrong there is nothing like a decent frame up but the frame can always wait until later if need be.

Just had this reframed, so thought it would give me an excuse to try and upload some pictures. Wendy Taylor, Brick Knot P/P from 1977 This 40 foot long sculpture was displayed in the Hayward Gallery in 1978. I know it's not exactly 'street art' as most would know it, but.. Wendy Taylor was one of the first artists of her generation to "take art out of the galleries and out onto the streets". Her impressive range of large-scale, site specific sculptures, such as the well known Timepiece at Tower Bridge now total over seventy - probably more original permanent sculptures on public display than any other living British artist.
