A few momentos. I'm particularly fond of the framing on the pair of posters for the boys. The pomet of the woman and doll isn't mine but framed for a friend so tossed it in the photo. Do you keep them on your patio?

Do you keep them on your patio? Ha ha, no but far easier to place them there for a shot than anywhere else in my house as they'll be scattered about as it is. Usually, natural light works better than artificial for photos of work in my experience; however, this was not the case as those look muted and dark with the last ~20 minutes of light. Gets dark way too early this time of year. And thanks all for the compliment, more Sweet Toof please.

I guess I'm not an art snob, as my taste in art is wide ranging. But my reaction to a monotype by Jane Cooper was still a surprise. I'm often bored by landscape painting, and am not particularly drawn to modern art that consists of shapes, colors, and texture without a visual story or deeper meaning. But there is something about this abstract landscape. It is dark and brooding and lonely. The IPAD photo is a bit washed out, and the art is a bit more blue and crisp. It is quite large, and the framing is going to be expensive, but when it is in house and the wall it will be terrific.

I think it is wonderful that something can come from left field and knock your socks off. A Frank Auerbach piece did that to me, years ago. Topically, the first time I saw a friends Miaz Bros piece, the same thing. Musical equivalents have been Rage Against the Machine, NWA and Bodycount. Socks blown off on fist view/listen...

I like Chles work very much and went to Stolenspace with the intention of buying one, years ago. However, in real life I found them to be very 'flat', slightly powdery, chalky without the dust. So I didn't. (Ya, interesting story brah!)
Anyway, yours is nice.

Do you mind me asking what the Chloe Early cost (ballpark), i've always wanted one of her works. If not her husband's Conor Harrington. Similar in style.

>>>Is the GR from the Norman edition?<<<
Solo, that GR is an AP and differentiated from the normal edition with a red cloak as opposed to black.

What? What? When? Where? That is an amazing price... I would have definitely bought one... Carry on. Only got it recently from Christian M Walter Here's the link, follow it through to the CMW site and hit the contact link. You have to send him an email but he'll come straight back to you and will send you an invoice if he has any. Mine is only numbered 60ish from 125. It's a lovely piece - nicer than I expected - small 24cm X 16cm ish pacopomet.es/en/exhumacion-edicion-serigrafica-de-125-ejemplares-taller-de-serigrafia-christian-m-walter/
