'Wild White Horses' by Annatomix. My wife went for it, her first print purchase!! nice print for $25, Although I will have to keep an eye on her as I don't want her spending too much on art

Assume it's an etching? Any idea of it was an early impression or a later one? still cool either way Yep it's an etching! It's a later impression pulled by marjorie van dyke and having seen multiple impressions spanning the last few hundred years, the quality of the pull is exceptional. I have quite a few Rembrandts though, including some earlier Jean & Basan impressions. It's nice to intertwine them with Banksy & Invader!

There's a great video on Rembrandt and his etchings here if anybody would like to learn a little more.
He literally revolutionised the etching medium as an art form. Picasso, Whistler, Goya, Chagall, they all say he's the greatest who ever lived.
Albrecht Dürer is a close second in my book.
Video for those interested:

I'd love to get one eventually (he's like my great, great, great uncle or something like that, so we always had books on him around the house growing up. probably the first artist I remember falling for)

That's awesome!
I actually deal in old master prints on the side, so let me know whenever you are ready!
They're not as expensive as you think and when you know where to look you can get them at 25% of what galleries push them for.
