In the spirit of the blind leading the blind, I would suggest a mandatory rule stating that everyone be a guardian, 5 yellow stars and a black one to boot.
As a guardian everyone would see their IP address. I would like that because I am under the impression that everyone but me knows my IP address.
Every guardian would be allowed to over hype one artist with no one calling them out on their obvious tactics
