Tell me why this person (that I've introduced on the other board lol ), wrote this on ebay "print is not mint it has a scuff on the left hand edge ", with a bad feedback ? And since then, I have it bad, being quite careful to not rip off my friends. Do you think that this print had - to your expert eyes - a problem ? My problem ( bis ) was a syntax error, understanding or translation: I dared write "mint" ! But even something that comes out of a seller, a factory, a shop is not necessarily mint. To put it on a tube too ! Mint? To ban the dictionary! Immediately the name pronounced, it is already more mint but opportunity! The passage in another current air abyss exit any print of the incubator! And wankers use this term to destroy you ! ps where is this " scuff " ?!!! I can hear nor see any Eelus since and I avoid any thread about ! Disgusting ! ( not Eelus but this D... )  |

Your just better off not using the term mint in my view. Very much open to interpretation and there is a lot of interpretation.
For me it means cracking condition but for others it is absolutely perfect........perfect is very hard to achieve

yeah I have a problem with 'mint' in threads also.. It's used everywhere thesedays 'this car is in mint A1 condition'.. 'I had a mint blow job off a large breasted hot Irish red head backpacker girl last night down the lane after the pub closed'.. Etc etc.
It's over used in art, maybe 'very good condition 'as received from gallery condition' or ' artists condition' are better phrases?

But nothing is mint - I have learned something anyway, " mint, never say mint " . They even tell me that they won't buy me anything because of that ! This wanker of Danarge is a traitor ( I come to your question ) : he never told me about this imaginary scuff and put me already this bad feedback and appreciation , without telling me anything ! Incredible ! What a f.cker! Destroy a reputation for a print at 100 quids for a " scuff " .. I need a little money ( as everybody ) sometimes to feed my kids or myself . Well, now what is done is done , I found his Facebook , lol, when you see the guy you already understand... Thank you for your kind words anyway :-) |
