Evening all..
Im looking to add a Soupcan to my collection.. and wondering if anyone has one tucked away or framed up that they would consider letting go
I am open to all colourways, with the exception of the original colourway / edition
Would also consider quads if those are our there too.
Discretion as usual
Thanks
G

Hi Fed Cheers.. dont particularly have a favourite.. sometimes i think the Darker combo's look better, other times i look and think the lighter ones are more pleasing to the eye.. then again, i could you be replying for the sake as i dont really know! Firstly I don't wanna derail this thread but gonna anyway - apologies and feel free to move it, and again I apologise as this has more than likely come up before, but what the shitballs do you see in these that make you wanna spend big bucks on one? It's a can of the probably the cheapest soup on earth. It's an ugly can at that. At least Campbell's soup has a bit of shine to it. I am not trying to put anyone down at all, I just honestly don't understand what it is about it that seems to grab people, I have a huge dislike for Morons too but at least can see why people like it. Legit questions here But would this make your walls if it was not a Banksy? ( Even if it was by another artist fairly well known, but nowhere near as good an investment or well known an artist, such as Penny or Eelus?) Again just to clarify I am not trying to start a war here!

j0hnnyNo probs.. if it keeps my ISO up at the top of the Recent Posts, then ask away. In answer to your question, no real reason, just like em.. but possibly would not display if not by Banksy.. but not sure if that makes me shallow, great or what.. but could say the same for displaying work by every artist.. going back to day dot... is it displayed for the image or the artist, both or neither...we CAN all think of examples that fit in all camps i guess Anyway.. does anyone have a Soupcan by Banksy Firstly I don't wanna derail this thread but gonna anyway - apologies and feel free to move it, and again I apologise as this has more than likely come up before, but what the shitballs do you see in these that make you wanna spend big bucks on one? Good answer that's got me thinking about the opposite. Somewhere there will be a painting that is the best painting we have all ever seen. But we would all just walk past not noticing the beauty of this wonderful creation, because we would all be instead concentrating so much on the signature we will completely miss the art itself! Anyway I hope you find what you are looking for!
