Anyone ever ship with ParcelHero?
I used them to ship my Nepal auction donation, and they just emailed trying to gouge me for more $ on the weight. I paid for 0.75kg, and they're saying that on audit it was 2.5kg. Luckily I had a picture of it on the scale at 0.5kg (which I padded to 0.75 to make sure there was no problem). I sent them the pics so it'll be interesting to see what they say next.
On the plus side, it was easy enough to do online, they pick up, and it made it from the west coast US to the UK in a week. But this doesn't sit well.
