Two questions about Dolk Puppy Love: True dimensions? Seal?

Two questions for Puppy Love owners (and/or those who have knowledge and a reliable source)
The Pictures on Walls archive lists Dolk's Puppy Love as 450 mm x 320 mm. Is it really, exactly the listed measurements? Could some owners of the actual print measure and provide dimensions of your physical print? A Puppy Love I have possession of measures slightly larger at about 480 mm x 338 mm.
Also, comparing online, there seems to be prints with the pow seal and numbering on the left, and some with the seal and numbering on the right. (I think I've seen this discussed somewhere before, but can't find it.) Should it be on the left, right, or were some on the left and some on the right?
Any help would be appreciated. Also your responses could help future collectors of this print since no definitive information seems to be available online.
