I just read through the banning thread, and i had some witty comments to make, and its been locked, so my fun has been spoilt, and i feel rather unsatisfied. Thanks for that

Locking of threads is worse than hitler though. Even Stalin didn't lock down threads in his reign of terror. Pol Pot neither.

Yeah, it makes sense to keep some threads visible to signed in members only. No need to scare away browsers or potential new members.
