http://instagr.am/p/BC57O1ZHA1k The Routledge Handbook of Graffiti and Street Art has now been published. I wrote one chapter in the book about the removal of and trade in artworks from the street. More info and a link to a preview of the chapter can be found here.

http://instagr.am/p/BGt3n8KHA-2 Two days ago I gave the opening keynote at the third annual Street Art and Urban Creativity conference in Lisbon. In the talk I deconstructed an academic article recently published in Journal of Spatial Science, which uses geographic profiling to ostensibly reveal the identity of Banksy. Some of you may remember that I have previously posted some of my points of critique related to the article here on the forum. More info about the talk can be found here.

I will post a link to my full article once it has been published.

The Street Art World on AmazonHi all, As many of you know, I published a book entitled The Street Art World a while back. So far I have mainly been selling the book through word-of-mouth, but in an effort to reach a wider audience, I am currently experimenting with listing it on Amazon.com. If you already own a copy, I would very much appreciate if you would go to the listing and voice your opinion about the book. As I understand it, this may help bring the listing up in searches. The listing can be found here.
