I have a question relating to the sales of art. Assuming the seller has been honest relating to the condition of a print, float mounted in conservation glass in this instance (unknown mounting method) some slight rippling visible when lit from above, coa in hand. What happens if the buyer is unhappy with the condition of the print, (purchased unseen) photos sent. Is it a case of buyer beware or would they have a legitimate case against the seller?
