Do they set up a stage for the Friday bands, or do they use the cinema truck as a stage?

Meet The Man Who Trained The Dismaland Stewards A Bath Spa University lecturer has been covertly involved in Banksy’s new art exhibition, Dismaland. Pat Welsh, senior lecturer in Acting BA (Hons) at the University, was recruited to train 100 people to become stewards at the bemusement park in Weston-super-Mare. The stewards needed to be taught to be as unhelpful as possible, and Pat coached them to be dismal and aloof - all part of Banksy’s vision for his Dismaland creation. The large group of non-performers were told they would be extra’s in a film and were recruited by a pretend film studio to avoid suspicion. It took four days of intense training and secret drama workshops in the Weston-super-Mare Royal Hotel before Pat was able to reveal to the group that they would be acting as stewards at Bansky’s Dismaland on the seafront. Pat, who has never met or had any direct communication with Banksy, said: “The challenge of developing the performance skills of inexperienced and sometimes reluctant actors was exacerbated by the necessity to limit the details of the ultimate role to the bare minimum. It was a tough brief to have to teach someone to act deadpan, not to laugh and not to over-act, after all the stewards were there to add to the overall dismal experience but not to outshine the amazing artworks on display. Once the stewards were on location they soon embraced the concept and the feedback on their consistently negative outlook has been universally positive.” Pat has subsequently recruited a number of Bath Spa acting undergraduates to boost steward numbers. www.heart.co.uk/bristol/news/

Book your train ticket through trainline.com. You will see time of train affects price a lot If you fly into heathrow you can get a bus to reading which is close and take train from there rather than train into paddington and then train out again. Some of the paddington trains to Bristol stops at reading That may reduce your costs

While I'm here, it's possible that some of the staff from Dismaland are reading this. Can I just say, you're doing a brilliant job. Well done. I have been so impressed by some of your antics. You might not have been impressed by ours from time to time, but no offence meant (or taken). You're bloody awesome.

This is my final effort at securing 2 or 4 tickets for this weekend...looking for Saturday or Sunday either morning or afternoon sessions. These are for my sister in law who is in London from the US and desperately wants to go. Please let me know if you can help before I resort to stubhub.

Totally agree with this ^ They should all be given BA hons for their work(or a Banksy print).

London St Pancreas is basically Kings Cross. So walk from St Oancreas to kings Cross underground ....easily done. You must get a tube you cannot walk. You take the circle line yellow one west bound to paddington it's about 5 stops so not far you will easily do in your hour but with buying tickets etc do not mess about. You will change in Bristol to get the train to WSMare. You can change at either most likely is Bristol Parkway but it really does not matter the train from Bristol Parkway goes through Bristol Temple Mead on its way to WSMare dodcoquelicot

Nah, that's got to be his dad, or the last ten years has been tough on him. I'm sure Banksy would have bought some new glasses in the last ten years. Keep trying daily mail, you'll get there in the end

They were Way a head of your game fella You assume rather a lot and that just makes and ass out of etc etc... I know what they are/were. They're an obscure band that were OK. That's not the point. The point is they have not had anywhere near the impact Pussy Riot have politically, culturally, socially. They took on Putin and the might of the Russian state and were imprisoned for doing so. Beaten, denied their liberty. I think, sweetheart, you're the one being right on...
