That's pretty funny but also sad as someone will most likely get duped.

My friend literally just showed me this image on his iPhone, I'm sure it was for sale from a London gallery. Will find out what the score is on it !

Sure these were gifted to someone that started a email conversation with banksy. For his kids if i remember rightly. They are real...

I hope Banksy doesn't find out. This would hurt his feelings.... Selling gifts is not nice.... not nice at all.....

Even I know they are real - re-sale rights aside I don't see why he shouldn't be allowed to sell the work. If Banksy gave a COA then he knew they would be sold (and therefore approved).

Did POW issue a certificate? I thought they were just sold with provenance (the back and forth email exchange between Banksy and the dad)?
Edit: There is a chance that I dreamt that though.

Edit: There is a chance that I dreamt that though. I'd be very surprised if they did. I asked the auction house before if there was a COA and never received an answer so I didn't pursue further. Odds are that if it had a COA it would have been at a more prominent auction house and similarly the result would have been exponentially higher. Given the circumstances, I'd be shocked if it had one. Still, a pretty cool looking piece.
