It's been a dream of mine to run this race. Well... Now... I can barely run-walk... But that is not the point. My quagmire is that I have entered the overseas ballot FOUR times and have not got in... If a kind UK soul can hook me up with a number, I will make sure to pay you back with your weight worth in your favorite brew... Not to exceed Doctor recommended standards I realize it's a long shot... But what the hay?! (WTF) Carry on... Cheers in advance! A

Like most people I failed to get a place in the ballot.

Like most people I failed to get a place in the ballot. The big difference is that (I believe) there are 25-30K numbers for UK runners... Whereas there are only 5K allocated to overseas... #FirstWorldProblems

I didn't get through the ballot either. This being the 4th year on the trot that this has happened. Best bet is try running for a charity, which is relatively easy, or try another marathon? The Brighton marathon is amazing and easy to get in. Great crowds and a great vibe.

Boston five, Chicago four, Berlin once... Before Tokyo was added to the "majors," I only needed London... It's the "stik" of the running world. Charity it will have to be... If and I can still move However, if you know of someone who becomes ill and/or gets injured... Think of me before you... Just kidding. Carry on! A
