I have to admit I frequented the falcon forum for a while after someone posted the link on the other forum. I learned the proper way to approach a land owner for falcon flying permission. Last post on the princess Diana forum was in 2007. Looks like there was a mass banning or exodus of some sort. At their peak they had over 20k members. Probably started when a member made a silly joke on the admin's signed Diana tea set FS thread. Then the admin got all iron fist and recruited 20 Diana Bodyguards. (they're the equivalent to guardians and gardners) The ones with the power forbid all members to post links to the other forums or even mention any names. Then the admin and bodyguards censored all posts and started to ban people for no reason. Until one day a brave Diana loyalist named DianaOfIdeas started the notprincess-Diana forum. All the good members went to that new kingdom where they were free to post links and swear and be free. The rest is history. At least that's what I think happened over there... Oh yeah, I'd like some multi colored stars. |
