John 4:48:
So Jesus said unto him, "Put the flipping sign up mate."

Well done - it looks like it was always meant to go there
I bet no one will notice and it stays for a while, excellent

I think you've improved the look of the sign. Definitely brightens it up! My bet says, it will last at least a week.

Perhaps I'll offer to do a full redesign for them.
I could do much better if: A) I wasn't drunk. B) It wasn't the middle of the night. C) I wasn't shitting my pants.

Yeah, too many fonts, too busy, crap colours and needs centralising. It would not encourage me to join their Sunday feel good sessions. I think you should replace the sign next time Aza

I have a thing for old industrial lighting and have restored this 1930s angle poise lamp. Ignore the strange angles as this is on the wall at the top of my stairs, so very little room to take a photo! Also ignore the strange shadows as this is a test lamp which will be changed. I also realise the walls need some attention

I ordered some postcards but they turned out too dark. Once I have done 6 'stunts' I'll get the postcard sets printed. Then for the second phase I'll place them in the postcard racks of local shops

There are a few streets around my area that really go all out on their xmas lights, so I've printed loads of these to put through all their doors. I wonder how many calls the council will get

Fwiw I think that's mean, bad spirited. It's something that will result in confusion and disappointment for people who are trying to bring pleasure to others, for no reward.

It's also done as a popularity contest by people showing off and trying to out do each other. It's not a pretty sight.

It's unpleasant, mean, hurtful. It'll upset people who are merely brightening up the area.
Will you do something similar in the spring to people having the temerity to grow flowers that people might enjoy? After all, they are just doing it to 'show off'.
I think an important part of participational art is to consider the outcome. The best makes people think, makes people laugh, makes people engage with the artist or the thinking behind a piece. This is non of those. It is snide, it is bullying, it is low. It is laughing a people, pointing fingers and mocking. It's cruel and shameful.
