Thanks sturban I cut those stencils using standard paper, and they have pretty much fallen apart now. I hope to get them stuck together and framed at some point. I am cutting a new stencil at the moment, in between painting more Keep It Reals. There just isn't enough hours in the day for work, family time and then cutting/painting I will probably keep this stencil under wraps until I have finished it, although send me a PM or email if you want to see what it will hopefully look like |

Hi Aza,
I've always loved your lion. The first time i saw it (on the other forum a few month ago) i felt like i've already seen it somewhere. But this disappeared pretty quickly as i thought it was just a "deja vu".
And yesterday, I've seen this lion on a french well known singer album. Don't know if it is there you took it. Didn't manage to find the original photographer.
I'm just curious. Where did you find it ? Did you know this french album ?

The photo is by a great photographer called Boza. You can see his site here: www.bozaivanovic.comI've not seen the album cover, but it is such a great image, I think it has been used a few times. I've seen quite a few paintings taken from it too |

You have amazing patience and cutting skill. It looks like a Warhol silkscreen or something. Hard to tell it's stencil.
