Good price for the monkey parliament. Shouldn't be a problem to get the money back if one day the new owner don't like it anymore... Not sure how many days I can stand the constant waiting for the gdp shop to open. Thinking about beeing in a train for four hours tomorrow with probably no internet makes me sick

Does anyone know how the GrossDomesticProduct sale is going to happen? Will it be first come first serve with no limits?
Might be a long shot, but here we go...
This will probably be my only chance at a Banksy piece at a "non-secondary market" price and I'm afraid I might miss it. I was wondering, would anyone with their eyes glued to the screen be willing to purchase a piece on my behalf if the opportunity presents itself? Obviously I'll pay the cost of purchase, transaction and shipping as necessary.
If anyone might consider this kind gesture, please PM me and I can give more details about my price range etc.

Based on what i am reading from the other forum and online:
The online shop will not open until the pop up closes in two weeks.
It will likely be lottery based for all edition pieces, however this is not confirmed.
According to a trusted source, unlimited/non editions, will be just that and fairly easy to snag as long as you are paying attention but not f5ing your finger down to a nub.

That GWB shirt with pendant is really cute. You'll be able to give your heart to someone. And by give, I mean eBay, but that's the modern world we live in. You came back matey ! Happy to see you ! My top 5 ( in unlimited edition. Cheapest ones that I could afford ) : Spray Can Shredded tee - too fun. Nike Sweat ( maybe expensive ) The clock ( for sure expensive 150 ex ! ) And a plate or mug ... I like the refugees carpet too ( surely more expensive )! And posters ... Baskiat and bullet Jacket are top notch !

Did they figure out a way to mail cans without the Royal Mail getting the bomb squad to get all explodey on them? I like the shredded shirt but I can't own any white shirts. I make pasta a lot, and the sauce is always a bastard. I LOVE the plush animal trophies. I may or may not have spent the past few days trying to identify the toys he sourced/abused. If it turns out they're unique and handmade, then I've wasted hours of my life and may cry or cryeat donuts in a Tesco carpark, whichever's easier and depending on the size of my anxiety.

The GDP website's been updated. But we all know that, as we're all f5-ing continuously and somehow generating a cryptocurrency or something for Banksy.

Given the subject matter of Banksy's work, does anyone else sometimes feel a bit like we're the inhabitants of Herculaneum or Pompeii, taking time out of our valuable fleeing, so we can do a bit of shopping, buying postcards and snowglobes of volcanoes and that?
Sometimes my f5-ing finger slows just long enough for me to wonder if we're buying souvenirs of the end of the world or something.
God, this is depressing. I like those clocks.

I really love the plush animal heads. I once found a massive (now scurrying over Rainbow Bridge) rat with a tiny Yakult pot stuck on its head, so the cat with a jar on its head rings quite true to life. Like the best art.

You ever wonder what would happen if Banksy offered a canvas for every refugee from a war-torn or famine-struck region you saved? I know you shouldn't have to offer a cash incentive for empathy/humanitarianism but.....could be a reality show in it?

I agree @dr.plip, the taxidermy teddies are the best! They're ridiculously fucking cute. And I say this as a committed (nearly sectioned) animal lover.

Does anyone know just how much "merch" someone needs to sell, in order to legally protect their trademark/copyright? I mean, does he need to actually sell stuff or could he just pretend to? Having said that, I want a fucking plush toy.

In the US, in order to register a trademark you have to demonstrate that you manufactured, i do not believe you have to sell anything. At least in clothing it is that way.

If Banksy sells and ships about a million cans, the Royal Mail's bomb squad can't intercept all of them.
