Artist from Bristol wanted for a new project/venture.

Hi,does anyone know of any talented (up and coming) street artist, who my be interested in coming on board a new venture starting early next year.
The artist must be able to spray free hand and stencil and they need to be from the Bristol (UK) area.If anyone knows anyone  who my be interested please fire over a p.m.
