its been a cesspit for many years, a lucrative cesspit for the owner .His stormtroopers of mediocrity were previously mostly decent& knowledgrble & now come across as unerringly & oddly submissive soft cops that seem utterly beguiled by any kind of dissent and unable to accomodate anything outside the diktat for fear of being one of the disappeared. real shame, and i mean that.I wish them no ill will. one or two excepted of course

a forum focused on a confrontational and political art form, but a forum where swearing and active raising of political issues related to the art, is crushed by the relentless commodification and profit driven leitmotif of much the output.The cart is driving the horse situation. its a shame that the soppy cunt that owns the place has so little idealogical or artistic connection, so little intellectual breadth or clarity regarding to the essential DNA of the subject.

Up to my neck in canvases, waiting on more materials... always waiting. Sometimes I wish I just painted. But more work is coming soon.

Well, i am surprised to see this ego massaging dick head getting praise here. He's just proved over there that he basses his assumptions on utter bullshit and even when that is shown to be bullshit, he still quotes it in an attempt to prove himself. Both forums have their place, one is the precursor and the other the future perhaps. But this idiot claiming to be proving his theories over there to gain points here is going to make this place just look pathetic.

That and the fact that all he proved was that he doesn't know how to research properly and doesn't know what he is talking about, makes his claim to some kind of victory a little overstated to say the very least.

Think it's quite bizzare really. They are just two art forums. Both of which contain a lot of good people with good and interesting views etc

Rather than criticizing the other Forum think more effort should be put into improving this one. Seems pointless for people to fix this side or that side of any daft fence orbto bother about this one or that one.

Likewise the Stik forum never seen it but who cares if someone runs it and some people talk Stik and whatever else who cares

Both forums have their place and I still actively post on each of them, as well as Expressobeans and The Artchival. Sure there are some cunts on the other side, but there are cunts everywhere. No need to continue with the "us vs. them" mentality.
