Just spotted this earlier today on eBay... pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=321978523073&alt=webSomething isn't right, I may be wrong but I think this may be one of those cleverly disguised listings that ends up with you getting a copy and not what you are expecting to receive, don't get caught out. Not cool shouting fake when you have no proof and just a hunch! This guy is a urban art collector and if you ask him or look at his past sales they are legit sales. He bought 4 prints from some nurses who didn't know who he was and we're happy to receive some money for a picture they had just received free!

Now looking at his completed listings and the fact he's sold 6 of these all framed sets loud alarm bells ringing for me. I'm pretty sure this is the guy that Pure Evil flagged as selling fakes of his work too. IMO there is no chance these are real, caveat emptor. |

But why have all those prints mounted and framed if you're just planning to eBay them? I appreciate they might be sturdier in the post if they have plexiglass around them, but surely the mystery mounting will put some bidders off?

There were a few of the 'nurses edition' prints that were signed & dedicated on the night to nurses. There was another 2 prints (not both matt paper) that went to the NBF charity auctions. The main edition of 'nurses prints' has not even been signed to them yet. I'm pretty sure if any of the 'nurses edition' was seen by members on the evening of the main release then there would of been cash flying everywhere in order to obtain a copy. They would also be on fleabay by now. |

Given that there were no COAs with the matte finish prints given to the staff, how do you know that yours is the real deal? True, the matte finish prints are indeed smaller than the posters, but the image is also slightly different. I'm going to write this as gently as I can - you, my friend, bought a fake, and sadly cognitive dissonance has taken over and you are in complete denial. The photo I'm attaching below shows a matte finish print and a poster. What should jump out at you is the distance of the sleeping baby above the bottom blue border. The relative dimensions of the print and the poster are not the same, and even looking at crappy jpegs you can easily verify that the photos posted on ebay are NOT the matte finish print.  |

Now that you (treweman) have been helpful and shown me some compelling evidence I have requested to send it back to the seller. He promptly responded and denied it obviously and gave me his address so I can return it. The question is now what should I do with this name and address? Should I forward it to Stik/Police?
I must say as a new member the insults and the 'likes' these bullying words from senor members I have received above is disgusting

From what I've seen since being on the site is that the members you called out have provided a wealth of knowledge amongst this community. Sorry you got your dick slapped. Hey shadowuk I think there are some crossed wires here. It was your first post and you seemed to be defending the seller, I didn't know you from Adam, you could have been the seller. I got stung last year by the same guy for a Peter Blake Love print and struggled to get my money back. Sorry if you feel got at, it certainly wasnt my intention, I was simply dubious that something that was clearly fake was getting defended by a brand new member. If you want any help about returning yours then PM me, happy to share my experience so you don't get caught out. (in my case PayPal refused to refund initially) Edit: btw the guy selling has a framing and photography company so costs next to nothing for him to frame up |

Hi shadowuk, I am many things, but a bully ain’t one of them. So please, when you are ready to apologise, then I will accept. Your first post on here came across to me that you were either the ebay seller in question or very naive, it turns out to be the latter. I think most of the responses you received and ‘likes’ of others comments, were because you entered here very defensive of a known fake seller. Maybe if you came on here asking for an opinion about this seller, you would have had a very different response from all the members in question. Instead you shouted ‘It’s legit’ and ‘not cool shouting fake when you have no proof and just a hunch’. Well, for your information, I reported this seller last year to Pure Evil and then he also brought it to the attention on the other forum. As I stated in an earlier post, the seller b7i10 also goes under username i1b70 and I think there where others too. I have no proof, but it was suggested that he has a business and photography website that can digitally repair and reprint photo’s to larger sizes. I hope that you take the time to report the seller to the police and ebay, to stop others ending up in the same position. Good luck and welcome to this very helpful and friendly forum.  |
