I've wondered this before - apart from a moral compass, what's stopping people with a backdoor print adding a number and getting a coa? Must have happened, right? more than you think. a lot more. |

Its tempting - adding a number to a print changes its worth from £200 to £20,000.

As I have said a few times, if you are going to be paying out new car money for an early print such as GWRB or RC, try to make sure it has a full paper trail, not just a PC. Its basic risk management.

The print is still for sale..let me know if you are interested. As indicated previously; we have applied to Pest Control so should hear soon!  forced to sell due to lodgers non-payment of rent! Otherwise, you would have had to prise it from my cold, dead hands!  Quoted as proof that you're still trying to sell this. Your point being...? What you can't say is that we actually sold it to anyone else. You however, instantly panicked and demanded your money back...within an hour. As I said; if anyone has behaved fraudulently, it is you! As you noted; I didn't make a fuss..initially at least, despite you breaking the agreement! You then contacted PayPal and got them to refund you thru the buyer guarantee but claimed it had not arrived; a lie! then when they rejected that claim you stated that it had arrived but did not match the description. If anyone has behaved disingenuously, nay, with such chicanery and flim flam it is you...and you a hand-writing expert as well as an experienced defamer! I know I said I wasn't going to engage, but as I am a real magsman and you have nothing better to do than snide pinching and speeling like a pompous fast-shuffle! |

I'm sorry, what do you think is acceptable about taking someone's money on Friday and then listing it for sale elsewhere on Monday after acquiring 25 posts? If you're still trying to sell it as of yesterday where's my refund? How am I lying about not receiving anything? You will never send me a damn thing.

If you place an order and pay a deposit, you have made a legally binding contract to purchase the goods, if you then change your mind you have broken the contract and must forfeit your deposit. Initially, I was inclined towards refunding this but since your rude and unnecessary tantrums I no longer feel able to do so.

Is this now time to take it to PM? It seems a personal thing now and of no real significance to the rest of us as both parties have their own sides and ours is not really to be involved unless it's in our interest...no amount of slating on here will make either side come out with too much honour.
