Oh good, another JPS advertising thread. So yet again we will have "bigp" posting this crap and denying he is JPS. I was hoping this could stay in that other place as well, but hey ho. If you would rather me not post any of his his work on here fine,I won't.Im certainly not going to get drawn into an argument with people I have never met,as I have actually got a life. Please continue, take the rough with the smooth.

If you ever posted anything that wasn't JPS i may wonder if it was you. But until yesterday i don't think I've seen you make any other post. So why hide your identity? Then maybe you can explain the moat piece and the Brevick piece etc? or are you ashamed of your art? Just think this place is more transparent than the other and i personally would like it to stay that way rather than have a bunch of artists hyping their work and claiming to be collectors. Maybe its just me that sees that as pretty sketchy though.

John Tsombikos Auguries of Innocence This new original work from our man Borf is huge. A three peice portrait of Seung-Hui Cho from the Virginia Tech Massacre done in happy stickers... only Borf could come up with something like this. If interested in the piece please email us at papermonster@mac.com for more info. Arcylic and Scratch n' Sniff Stickers on Wood Panels. Dimensions: 27 x 38 inches per panel, total of 3 panels. Signed - Borf 2009

Jps cuts a good stencil, but all the piggy backing off of banksy by artists.. Makes there work cheap. It's like the 5 mins of fame is all that matters. Getting in the papers by pretending to be banksy isn't having your own success.

I agree. JPS has certainly acquired an impressive amount of skill when it comes to stencil cutting and spraying, but it would be good if he stretched himself a bit, perhaps moving away from just obvious puns on walls. And certainly now try to separate his work from Banksy's. Hero worship and idolisation is very understandable, but I think he'd do well to find his own artistic path. He's got the skills.

That's awesome for Halloween. It is on wheels though, so watch it doesn't vanish and reappear on eBay.

I'm a Predator/Alien fan, but that should have been a sad looking Ai Weiwei underneath that Lego sign.
Edit: A Predator outside a school would be interesting. Perhaps with a shoulder mounted video camera instead of a plasma caster?
