Hi, I'm letting go of my Brass Bobby Pig at my cost which was £650, or next nearest offer. It can function fully as a piggy bank with a screw plug on the pigs belly. Could probably benefit from a polish. He's 25 cm wide from nose to tail and very heavy!

Looks great, Don't polish it though as was mentioned by the OP. Over time it should develop a lovely patina.

Kinda brilliant but, at the same time a right cunt on to keep shiny. I don't even like showering daily and, frankly, if it wasn't for my bird's insistence I wouldn't so there is no fucking chance I would polish a piggy bank everyday... I like it used, like my women - and my cars. That way, someone else has dealt with the early doors hassle...

I do like how this Pig above has come up so shiny. Can I ask what methods you used to get him like this ... that looks like a can of Brasso in the background.

A tin of Brasso, a couple of rags and some good old fashioned elbow grease.
