Port Exhibitions is pleased to announce “Anamorphic,” a group exhibition of works by artists who deliberately distort reality in order to achieve a more complex visual content. Artists Hope Kroll, Chad Wys, Lizzie Gill, Scott Albrecht, Anastasiya Gutnik, S.B. Kosinski, Jonathan Leiter, Charlie Green, Damion Silver, and Douglas Latourette each use a subjective mirror to transform reality – in most cases a paper support – to render their compositions of found and altered paper into surprising new narratives. 73 Wave Street, Staten Island, NY from June, 18th to July, 29th 2016.
