I was disappointed when I found out Choe was a self confessed rapist and sex pest as well as a pretty creative artist. Maybe he was getting questioned by the authorities but I remember this video and he was talking about the above serial sexual assaults quite openly. 5 days until my appointment at the Choe Show. Choe is doing something very beautiful with this show. If you have gone through the process openly, you'll know what I mean. Say what you will about a person's past. I prefer to look at a person's present. We've all fucked up. We've all embarrassed ourselves and our families. We've all acted selfishly and hurt someone, in some way, in the process. The question is: What have you done about it since? Have you reached out and apologized? Have you owned up to your mistakes? Have you sought forgiveness? Have you allowed others to apologize to you? Have you forgiven others? Do you care? Choe cares. I care. I'm not understanding this Choe Show I don't think.
I get the self reflection, cathartic type therapy and hoped for redemption, a means of dealing with and relinquishing a difficult past possibly. But what else is it? I'm genuinely interested to know.
I know Thugs knows him well and trust his judgement in his assessment of him.
I'm just struggling to understand it and would like to know more.

Yes I thought I was on the right track, and yes a lot of people (me included) have heavy historic shit to deal with that has probably weighed heavy on us for years.
It doesn't leave you it just dissipates slightly as you try to get on with being the most human of beings that you can be. To be open and love and to hopefully receive the same.
I don't get the courtroom sketches but I'll take a closer look.
I wish Choe well if this is his driving motivation, whatever the circumstances of one's immediate life at the core we are still what we were when we were younger I would hope. The attitude doesn't change just the trappings that surround it.
Not to sound like a hippy fucker but we are all hopefully striving for peace, love and light.
