anyone have any tricks up their sleeves when it comes to creating neon or fluorescent mediums - paint, ink etc? hate using off-the-shelf stuff and would love to find or devise a solution

opie did a canvas with fluorescent spray paint. If you search his thread you can see it and the name of the spray can. (ghost something if I remember correctly) always wanted to try it and do some nosferatu stencils you can only see at night

i have always wanted to play around with electroluminescent sheets, however they cost a bomb and require a power source, i guess they work like light boxes. I think masking out areas with paint ink or cut vinyl could look really cool.

I did some outdoor and indoor stencil pieces with Montana Poltergeist spray paint. Works really good. You can also put it below or above other layers of paint to achieve special effects. Needs some experimenting though.
