I can't help but find Westwood a plonker, but a very knowledgeable plonker. Really enjoyed this doc, great to see some 80s graff (e.g. Pride) and hear from some of those early on the UK rap scene. The kid in his bedroom mixing Tom Jones, the beatboxing and rapping in the back of the car, Cookie Crew etc. - all cool. Nicely nostalgic and informative. Great find curiousgeorge, muchas thankos |

Love this - I got a copy of Run DMC - Raising Hell back in 1986 (I was 9) and played it until the tape snapped. This is very nostalgic for me, it was a really exciting time for music, being based in Cornwall rather than London I used to love it when programmes like this where on and tuned in to everything I could relating to to Hip Hop / Rap. Rodney P & Bionic of London Posse are still out there making music.
Used to love Dance Energy with Normski in the early 90's too.
