That is so damaged how could they not realise ffs, also nice jesture, hope you get a replacement

I sent them images of the damage but haven't heard back. I fired off an email last night, so we'll see if anything comes of it.
I know three people who received prints and all three were damaged. Brutal.

How did you pay? If it was through Paypal, you can file a claim and get your money back within a few weeks. If you paid by credit card, you can challenge the charge for receiving damaged goods. They will most likely reverse the charges.
If you want your money back, I would go that route before giving it away. If he doesn't respond to Paypal or your bank, you'll get your money back and get to keep the print. Then give it away. But I would hold onto it in the meantime in case he does reply and asks to have it returned.
