I am trying to figure out a storage solution for a few larger pieces until they can make it onto my wall. Has anyone used something like the below picture for vertical storage? This seems to be the most cost effective/least space solution I could find. I can get this for around $100 USD. I have been keeping my eyes out for a used flat file but nothing decent has come up in my area. Any other suggestions? Not looking to store a ton just 10-15 pieces (I hope)

A couple of bits of thin ply and some tissue paper to put between the prints should cost you less than $100.Store it horizontally under a bed or whatnot. If they're smaller than a1, pm EKAP as he's giving some sleeves away if you pay the postage.

Definitely need some tissue (and acetate/vinyl sheeting) to prevent oils/resin leeching from the wood into the paper! Agree with the idea though – best to store prints horizontally.

I considered something along those lines but I am not 100% sure there is enough room under the bed (wife is already storing some things there) and we have a cat that has made under the bed her home. I would really like a solution that would work in my office. My best bet may be to hold off for a decent flat file I guess.

It's easy and convenient works really well

I used a big, but flat cardboard box with tissue paper and additional cardboard for my oversized prints (stored under the bed). I got the box when a large frame that I ordered online was delivered/shipped in it.

I use cardboard too, with poly sleeves. I don't store much.

I use a BIYOMAP, it's basically a protected sleeve with velcro closure and you can get them in all different sizes. All my art is on my walls but thats what i use to store the stuff i do in. I got mine from jacksonsart.com if you want to check it out.

Perhaps you could remarry and sell your cat? Hah.. sadly I think the cat is worth nothing and the whole remarrying thing wouldnt be cheap either... might as well just buy a nice file
