Its using blockchain - which is a virtual ledger that builds and adapts to its content demands but doesn't actually change- to push message out in public. Its sorta like you placing a brick with a rude message on, in a pyramid building project that never ends. or at least changes from being a pyramid to something else all the time, recycling and adding to the the same consituent parts - your brick is constantly being recycled and viewed by the public public, yet no one can do anything about the message or scrub it off. Kinda. ish
