New and not that popular I guess, but fancypics.de is the online shop of the 30works gallery in cologne which represents a lot of cool german artists.
My favorite in their shop is the artist mittenimwald, but you can find other nice stuff there too. I'm a long time fan of mittenimwald's work and maybe I'll get myself one of those dope mini stencils on wood to finally have a first piece of mw in my collection.
