About new rules of shipping/vat etc

IMO i'm going to leave it until until at the very least end of the year if i'm going to send anything anywhere.... or vice versa.

the risk of getting stuck and then lost is .. higher than normal - which lends itself to why bother .. now ?

it's not as if it's easier to fly anywhere, if that last resort is required.

all bets are proverbially off.
