Lived in Istanbul for four years (06-10) and followed this closely. He did a great job capturing my second city. Hope he releases a print.

For those who find the prints a bit pricy, I highly recommend the books on Ellis Island and the one with Para, as well as the women are heroes compendium
The quality of his prints is very variable though so good to see before you buy.
Would love some pics of the Ellis Island installation !!

The quality of his prints is very variable though so good to see before you buy. How so? Ive been eyeing one or two but don't want to be stuck with a poor quality image. I'm sure someone with more knowledge of photo printing can help, but I guess it has to do with the technique used ? Even for prints all stated as "8 colors lithograph printed on Marinoni machine" I see visible differences in mine : - "Favela Morro by Day" the grain of the paper is fabulous, the pigments of paint look thick and overall the quality of the image is very good.
- "Favela Morro Nightview" is very close but the paint used seems thinner, although this might be an impression caused by the photo itself
- "Pont Louis Philippe" is clearly much lower quality than the two above, it looks like a poorly executed giclee up close
I saw a framed version of the Japanse Ship a while back and for a moment couldn't tell if it was a print or a poster
Don't get me wrong, I think they are all fab prints, but they are also pretty pricy so maybe could be a bit better executed
Just my 2 cents, and again i am not a print expert

I am agree with you Notmatt.
Ps : and better buy a book, a book of photos. Photos are not great in sprints and will never be. We all know that photos, smaller they are , are of best quality. Too, it make me think as posters too
