I'll have to dig out some pics of the two pictures before they were weaved. One was a photo of some flowers that had then been painted and photographed again and the other was a mixture of colours

Skendo1 turned me onto her(big thanks) & I follow her on IG as well. Her woven work is lovely & gets so much attention(as it rightly should), but it was her paintings that first grabbed my attention. They're really stunning & powerful. And maybe it was that spontaneity compared to the time consuming woven pcs that I loved. Regardless, I'm very slowly but surely paying on a painting I purchased prior to school & money woes. Considering emails & agreement on price came before the tough times; well I'll save details but will say she's insanely nice, a pleasure to talk to & extremely patient. She's never once rushed anything & still holding the 2 she did until I can let the Mrs decide between them. One of the types of people you wish the best for. And really interested to see how the transparent paintings she's working on now turn out.

You have just reminded me I have 2 pieces that I have in a draw and not had the time to frame yet, lovely lady and I love the old fashioned way she does it with a modern twist
